Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying internal talent for all three brands under OPS, mainly positions of Recruiters and Sales Associates
- Ability to utilize different sourcing tools to identify internal talent
- Drive LinkedIn Recruiter utilization and ensuring that is one of your main sources of identifying internal talent
- Build a pipeline of young professionals who you continue to reach out to, stay in touch with, in hopes of being an internal employee at OPS one day
- Ability to differentiate yourself from other Corporate Recruiters in the industry and providing the value of working with each of our three brands
- Creating daily awareness on LinkedIn about all openings within OPS, even differentiating yourself through different marketing and branding campaigns
- Drive internal awareness of openings and referrals from current employees
- Perform at the highest level daily, exceeding weekly metrics to ensure we identify the future talent of tomorrow in OPS
Desired Skills & Experience
- 1 – 2 years of professional recruiting experience in the Staffing Industry as a Recruiter currently
- Drive and determination to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Out of the box thinking and creativity when identifying internal talent
- The ability to identify top internal talent and build a pipeline of future employees
- Bachelor’s degree required
